What Contributes to My Toxic Load?

And how can I lower it?




Around the 🌿Spring Equinox, is an excellent time to be thinking about lowering your Toxic Load.

Your Liver will love you for it and you may find that some niggling symptoms (heavy painful periods, headaches, skin issues, to name a few) may be resolved.








There are many things you can do to safely lower your body's Toxic Load.

Staying away from the source of toxins is the best way.....

However, we have to remember that we live in a toxic world and total avoidance just isn't possible.

SO, let's make it a priority to support our body's and specifically our liver, in doing what it does best....and remember binders are key!







Remember...doing something is better than nothing! You don't have to do it all at once.

If you run out of a chemical cleaning product, then look for a less toxic one, if you only like a certain chemical loo cleaner, just use it less often (and use a less toxic one in between).

Think about what you are putting on your skin, your body's largest organ. As the saying goes, if you wouldn't eat it, don't put it on your skin!
